He lives in Estonia, I'm also from here and I actually hope that i get accepted in the military (not that I'm supporting war or anything). It's just that our country's population is so low (around 1,3 million) and Russia is always trying to spark a conflict between us and them, so my country needs all the help it can get. After military I'm starting dreads again though, but I'll go completely neglect then. And to phen: I thought you have to go to military before you turn 27, so you could go study in university or where ever you want to go and then go to military?
Postponing it would just make it worse. Nowadays the military thing is a joke, you only need to take a couple of facts into consideration to realize that if Russia did want to start something, we wouldn't stand a chance, and it would trigger something bigger and well things are nothing like they were 20 years ago. Shit just doesn't work with people learning how to shoot people...I dont need that.
The reason for postponing is that if you go straight to the military and later to the university, you forget a lot of things you learned in high-school and it'll be much harder to get into and stay in an university.
nah yeah i didn't mean that, meant for me personally and dreads wise...not exactly fun to know the day your dreads are gonna be cut years in front. if i'm going to uni it's likely going to be out of estonia anyway and thus coming back for military would be even worse. But all that is random anyway and rather pointless to discuss...long time no see rere
