i must say, that is exactly how i would deal with a 19 year old virgin.

Dude, I know what your talking about.
I was the same way at 19. I'm not a whole lot better now, but I know this much. Women (a good number of them anyway) like confidence.
So you've got to get confident. Do something that makes you feel like a man. Don't shoot anything or beat anybody up or anything like that. Go on a 30 mile bike ride and then before you go home stop in to some cool coffee house and take off your sweaty jacket and get a drink. (sit at the bar if there is one)
Or split half a cord of wood then go to the coffee house, whatever.
All I know is I never got any until i had a job that had me out in the forest chainsawing dead trees for a summer. I ended up with a great tan, a few muscles, and a bit more confidence. That little bit of confidence was all I needed.
On a side note, Don't go all emotional for the first girl you fuck and marry her, or your newfound confidence will be wasted for the rest of your life

 

so in other words, hit on women when you're already exhausted.
