Its not going to get very warm today only 65f...But at least the sunny...We did get 1 tenth of an inch of rain last night...Just enough to settle the dust...

Any upper back or neck pain? Years ago I had a bulging disc in my neck vertebrae that kept giving me pain and numbness in my left hand.

 

It'd be easier just to list my parts that don't have pain :coffee:

I over slept today by almost an hour and a half and I'm tired

It's that time of day

 

yup////for perogies...with fried onions and some sausages

 

I made the same thing I made yesterday..thinly sliced prime rib roast fried quick in a cast iron skillet with smokin stampede seasoning and laid on a bed of wide flat rice noodle...topped with fresh ground pepper and sea salt

today I added some shrimp into the noodles when they were cooking :drool5:

 

I just made a dinner so good if I had a bottle of wine here I'd be all over myself tonight;

I started out by making a roux out of sauteed diced mushrooms, onions and garlic. I then added a healthy broth to make a nice creamy sauce and spiced as desired.

I poured the sauce over top a grilled porkchop and steamed broccoli with a side of un-sauced steamed spinach.

i think dentist left me with an infection still.. idk. still very tender.. might be them kettle chips,. fucking things are like eating rocks, but I love them..
