I think everyone is born pansexual, and any form of sexuality that anyone assigns to themselves is through personal choice and the result of nurturing. Whatever sexuality you are is what you decide to be and what you practise.
So basically the catholic priest molestation scandal triggered off a generation of homosexual males Hotwater
I've often heard this view espoused by bisexuals (you are one, I assume?). I have no real issue with it, but I am definitely not bisexual or 'pansexual' or anything of that sort. When you are actually straight or gay, you definitely know that this is not the case. I'm straight, and I seriously have no interest in men at all. No matter how close I get to a man as a friend, I could never feel that kind of emotion for him; nor would I be sexually attracted to him. I guess it's just the way my brain works. When you're attracted to both men and women, I can see how it would be hard to understand only being attracted to one. But just like everyone else, you need to be tolerant of other people's sexuality and not call it unnatural just because you don't get it.
You assume wrong. Please re-read the last sentence in my post. Why is everyone neg repping in this thread?
ha vanilla gorilla, this is waaaaaaay off topic BUT... sandra bullocks' husband(jesse james) had an affair with a girl... and her nick name for him is Vanilla Gorilla... i thought that was funny. haha.. im amused easily , but yeah just thought i'd put that out there!!!
I read it the first time. It's the same as people saying that being gay is unnatural and just a choice people make; that view seems to be pretty broadly frowned upon. What you seem to me to be saying is that that being bi- is natural, and anything else is a choice people make.
If that were true, there would be no sham marriages because all the gay people would just decide to be straight.
No it isn't. I didn't say being gay was unnatural. I said people are born with inherent attractions to anything, and what they choose to get off on is determined by their own personal choices which is in turn influenced by how they are introduced to the world. It's a bit more complicated than that though, not everyone is born with the capacity to be gay and neither is everyone born with the capacity like animals. Whatever we are we will always end up pursuing what we desire the most.
I don't understand why they want to get married. So they have the same rights as us? Fuck them, they get more sex than us. What is the point in getting married if you can just shag anyone you like anyway?
I was referring to the type of marriage where the gay person is pretending to be straight because they are afraid to come out of the closet. Then 1 or 2 kids later, they disrupt their families lives, because according to you, they DECIDED to be gay.
Any "view" is bound to be controversial because there is always going to be someone who has another "view" Personally, I don't think sexuality is something you choose-for the most part. I mean, haven't you ever seen a kid and you were like, "oh when they hit puberty they are definitely going to be gay." Obviously, there are certain circumstances that allot some homosexual behvaviour as a means of a sexual outlet, because quite frankly, humans just need to bone and be boned. Its all about the contact. Being touched by another person. (Here you get your Prison Gay)
:smilielol5: I was going to respond to this, but I think I'll have to come back when I've collected myself. Brilliant post. Beautiful imagery.
i think it means denying half his own brain. regardless of what their actual sexual preference/inclination is, inside everyone's mind, and it makes no sense to deny it, is who they would be if they'd been born with the opposite sex of what they were. this is called animus and anima, depending on which one was born as. and i forget which is which. but they're there anyway.
LOLz, which is really what the anti gay marriage thing is all about....well up until you all have kids anyway, then its more about you lot not having to explain to your 4 year old how Uncle Adam and Uncle Steve works Forget gay, most people tend to get angry at those they assume are getting more sex than them anyway. And when it comes to sex most people say a whole lot of shit they dont really believe, so spoken views can never be trusted. Anyway, this is random thoughts, I feel guilty replying with more than three sentences and find myself getting a tad too serious for THIS forum
