Road trip in the works right now, my best friend in Chicago is not coming home this summer and I was plannnning on visiting him for a week or so, and this isn't toooo far from Chi-Town, right? Hmmm..Buuuuttt I am taking said road trip with the boy and he HATES hippies hahaha, constantly making comments to me like "wow, who woulda thought I was fall for a girl that's soooo crunchy..." so maybe I will "surprise him" with the festival? He does love to dance though, he probably will stop being angry once he gets his groove on... hmmmm...

 

$159 + fees = a camping and music ticket... 4 days music/camping.. though there is no music on sunday.. and that don't inlcude the vehicle registration which is $40 for each vehicle entering a camp ground

And Chicago, IL to Detroit Lakes, MN is a good 10 hour drive. Says google.

10hrs is about right yea... cuz its about 5hrs from where i live to the chi and its another 5hrs or so from here to detroit lakes
