I was masturbating (yeah yeah yeah yeah alright - - that can go in an other thread but sorry) I felt it coming pun intended and I didn’t stop it. I experienced the full orgasm with the strong sensations, the pulsations, the increased hardness, yet all that came out is a very small amount of clear semen as if some precum. Several meds reduce men's ejaculation as well his erections. A common side effect of Flomax is "abnormal ejaculation, decreased amount of semen." Last summer I switched from Flomax to 5mg Cialis daily to control my prostate. Within a few week the amount I'd ejaculate greatly increased. (I did not know about the effect of Flomax then.)

 

I don't know how old you are, but I have heard from some older men who are taking medication for an enlarged prostate that it can cause retrograde ejaculations.

You are correct that I am using medication for an enlarged prostate, as I am in my 50’s

 

I had my prostate removed after I got cancer, and have dry orgasms since. I was surprised that the lack of cum shots does not have any effect on the sensation. I always thought these were connected.
