depends on the strain, but i reckon you'll have some bud within 3 months. indicas take less time ( around 8 weeks ) than satvias

that 45 days will mean the flower time, which is after you've vegged them for a month or however long you want to veg for. so veg time + 45 days...

what type of light though? there are different types of light that output different colours of light spectrum. or something like that ;) some are...
i've managed to grow 4 plants under a 250 so you'll be fine with a 430!

the only problem with loft growing is its harder to keep the environment right for the plants - temp,humidity etc you might find you'll be...
