Any Benzo should help you calm down, Ambien, Valium, Xanax, etc. They work wonders for me, and if your tripping hard.
Nah, I took them straight down the hatch. No more than 10mgs just to relax while I was smoking some weed. Also helped me sleep like a baby lol
