yes dont just take anyones random dreads thats for sure...the ones i have are all very special, one was grown especially for me by my step mum,...
take the bands out, take the wax out, stop back combing, put a hat on for 5 months and relax :) forget about the image of it and the hair will do...

use backcombing as a guide not a final outcome...your hair moves, it knotts and it needs the freedom to knott itself...personaly id give up on...
its not possible to dread hair so short hunny, but my advice is just leave it to knott itself as it grows, youd get nicer dreads, try wearing...
yes i agree, at 3 years now i can honestly say they virtually stop changing completely... occasionally ive notcied that they have grown but side...
