    The ones at my nape are them cause they got formed form loose hair or some big ones I unfortunatly ripped"sigh" just waiting for them to weigh...

    dreads and sweat/exercise?

    I workout 4-5 days a week and do a spinning class 4 days a week and my dreads are fine i think it actually helps just me
