Bush Doctor is my favorite Peter Tosh album. I'm in the minority in that I like Tosh much more that Marley.
EARTHLESS are the only new "psychedelic" band that really grip me. so much so in fact that I'm going to listen to them right now.
check out Rosetta. very awesome post rock. as far as the best, Neurosis pretty much defined and developed the sound.
