OMG! I figured something out...well I actually figured some kind of way to ask a question of google chrome and I went to the top 3 little dots, chose the option "open in an incognito window"... and that tab BROUGHT ME HERE! The site is now complete with this reply box and ALL the goodies. lol

So that is some crap about how this site appeared before opening the tab in an incognito window. wth I'll certainly remember how to do this. smh
