I tried making some handfast tonight but it's a little too thick and a little too thin. But this is the general jist of what's happening. I just need to lose 1/3 of the width. Seamstress Irmi. It literally doesn't weigh anything so will find some thicker chord. We found half satin half velvet which was thinner but more weight so I might go try that one. I also think while mixing colors seems ideal, it doesn't look as good as one solid color.
