I'm a drummer and percussionist.

I live to slap on the headphones and play along to songs.

Usually Classic Rock.

Lately I've been playing to Baba O'Reilly by the Who.

With, of course, the great and incomporable Keith Moon on drums.

Just Friends jazz standard, still working on the solo part.. I called this at a jam session last week at a really fast tempo and the pianist laid out for my solo and made me look like a jackass beacuse i hadn't memorized all the changes ad was reading off a chart that was different from my real book chart I had been working out of. basically i flopped on the solo and he didn't do anyhting to help, people can be so cruel lol

 

I'm currently working my way though "Jazz Composition" by Ted Pease.
