Successful Indian kitchen here tonight.....One of the very few meat dishes I make.Curried chicken made with chicken thighs. I only ate one chicken thigh that you see on my plate.......brown rice......peas and mango chutney, , the best part...........to cool down all the hot spices......curry made with curry, turmeric, cinnamon, powdered ginger....fresh ginger pieces sprinkled on top of dinner plate...jalapenos, onions and garlic....... Awesome stuff.
yesterday was sausages...i was too lazy to go buy buns so i just ate them the way they were boiled them awhile and then slapped them on the bbq to finish today ive cooked nothing but i know theres hash brown patties in the freezer so i might stick a few in the toaster oven
Made a fav of mine that I usually go out for. Veal limone picatta. Did mashed taters with the extra lemon wine gravy and button mushrooms, baby carrots and asparagus. It was good!
Hubby pan cooked some thick pork chops in balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar. He may have put some soy sauce, too. idk.
Looks like a tortilla but I imagine you call it something different? Do you put meat/veggies inside of it? Or eat it on the side?
no pictures for this post tonight, but I made Chop Suey Chicken. It was a flavored mix that smelled like Ramen noodle powder and prepared the chicken with sauteed onion and cabbage. It's not very diet friendly (for me especially) and could use more cabbage, but it's pretty tasty!!
Speaking of rice, this sounds (and looks) really good http://www.panningtheglobe.com/2016/04/06/jollof-rice-with-chicken/
