I just got back from a jog. I wore a hoodie and it's just drenched in sweat. I don't like the feeling of sweaty sticky clothes but when I'm running it's okay because it makes me feel dirty and feeling dirty means burning calories. :)

I liked running in the winter. You don't get hot and even freezing temperatures feel nice.

My knee has been hurting bad the last few days. I didn't even do anything that I can remember. Probably going to have to amputate it. [IMG]

I'd still get hot. I heat up quite easy. It might take longer but once I break that barrier it'll just pour out and then the freezing air will cool me down. Actually I think sometimes running in the cold takes even more out of you as your body works harder to warm up too and that burns more calories. Subsequently I feel that having swims in cold water too burns calories as your body desperately tries to warm itself up but nobody really believes my theory. I do though, because it's something I do often in spring and whenever I get out of a cold snowmelt I'm ridiculously hungry which tells me my body was working it's butt off trying to keep me warm and it burned away precious calories for me to put back in.

I always hated running in the cold because my nose would close when I breathe in. I could have used those breath right straps back when I used to run.

It looked like fruit from my tiny phone. I can't think of a whole lot of fruit that shape that I would enjoy cooked.

Online recipe! Perish the thought! I was not bought up a good cultured Deutsch girl by cooking from recipes. :D

It's just sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini and onion. :)

no i have some of that shit that is like precooked that you can microwave. it was on sale so why get stuff you have to risk grease burns for when for the same price you can nuke it for a minute and have a sandwich.

    Me?

I sprinkled some herbs over the top and some lightly grated cheese just to form the top together. Really I made the herbs and cheese taste exactly how I would a regular lesagne so on first bite you think you're eating lesagne only to be even happier that it's all veges and totally healthier for you. :)

I believe the oils inside the veges work well enough to not add any more oil. :)
I also slow cooked the ribs in my pot for 6hrs so they were falling off the bone when we ate them.
