Honestly both. Better in some ways because at least people are more aware of sexual assault and how widespread it is so other women will usually horn in, even if they're strangers. But worse in a way because of that "grab the pussy" mentality. Women have gotten better at defending themselves, and I think a lot of men either got worse or haven't changed at all.
