story of my life. one of my neighbors has some sort of little rat dog that they apparently tie up outside at about 7am every day of the week and leave it all alone, so every day from about 7 to 9 i get to hear it screeching nonstop.

the lawnmowers aren't super common, although it does happen. early morning snowblowers are more common, but that's just my apartment manager clearing my sidewalk so i'm alright with it. on the other hand, at least once a night i'm woken up by the obnoxious train horns as they slowly drive through town making as much of a scene as they possibly can. it happens way more than once per night, but i've gotten to where i can sleep through it more often than not.

and then this morning there was a new one. one of my neighbors decided to put on a christian rock concert at about 8am. or at least, they were playing some jesus music at full volume on a nice stereo system. i've been known to play my music pretty late into the night from time to time, so i can't complain too hard, but i do try to keep it at a reasonable level. apparently god has no reasonable level.
