Yeah, that’s their job- and some of THEM don’t do their job. I’m speaking from personal experience.

 

but who actually has an HR department? i guess there might have been one when i worked for the big chain pizza places, but it would have been at the corporate offices located who knows where. definitely never had a job with an HR department other than that. it always seemed like one of those things they like to put on tv shows because it could add a couple episodes worth of storylines.

 

Didn't your last employer have unethical behavior as well?
