sure-- you just need a pen or sharp pencil to fit in the holes of the different shapes--- and perhaps depends on the color of plastic.......

 

I need to use this for animation cells and it is hard to get ink to stay on them. I have those links to the acrylic pens but will they fit these holes?

 

I can't say for sure... But they should I have these pens!
