I lived in Nogales Arizona in the 1970s and remember people on both sides of the border spoke Spanish. People used to cross the border daily to get stuff done and visit members of their families, who lived on both sides. To them, the stupid border divided their country. The vast majority in that area were Spanish. My girl friend's back yard was the international border. We used to drive to Mexico to get lunch at a cool restaurant named La Caverna. The food was very good and the Mexican people were very nice. They can have my American water anytime. They were very generous with me.

 

American water? Only a Republican would deny water to one who needs it. During the years before the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Black people were denied water. I witnessed that with my own eyes.

Well as someone with an engineering background I am going to have give you a strong chuckle.

 

What does engineering have to do with anything? What does your background consist of?

 

Engineering is how you build a wall dummy. Someone has to figure out what materials to use, the mathematics on how to build it etc. You can't just say it will happen someone of that size would take A LOT of planning.

 

There have already been many full scale physical prototypes built for consideration.
