    The Iron lady

Slightly disappointing. The scenes where she was retired and demented were too frequent and didn't add much imo.

Movie started with it, ended with it and had it in between several times. This while I didn't watch this movie to enjoy the most insignificant period in her life. Also not sure how much it is based on reality. All in all a downer on the overall movie. Got the speed out of it, broke up the storyline where it mattered. You know.

I haven't seen the movie - so probably I shouldn't comment. I couldn't resist that one though

It was broadcasted on the dutch public channel so I could just tune in and watch without any commercials. But I expected it to be better, more intriguing. It was all rather superficial, just an illustration of her life and the most important happenings. And even that is generally better done these days.

    Stand by Me.

I'm reading that the beginning of the movie depicts the ending, that Chris was stabbed in the throat. I don't remember that in the beginning at all. =\

Ah yes, the newspaper. I see now.

It's one of the better movies out there I think and you know why?
For years and years and my whole I keep saying that a good movie is the one with no women in it causing drama. This is a perfect example. :D you get rid of the bitchin' women, you have a good movie.
