    "Hello Everyone, This Tattoo was done for a woman who had breast cancer ! Facebook keeps removing the post in 24hour as an offensive photo do to nudity. However we feel this woman is both brave and strong so were going to post it anyways and ask for your awareness and support ; Please like and share this photo quickly to show your support for this and many other women who have lost so much.     Thanks Aerianne. That is awesome. 20 or 30 years ago there was a poster of a woman who had a rose over her scar. I always thought that was an awesome way to say: I am still here. I survived.

    My oldest son's mother had had several heart surgerys when we met and always wore clothes that were buttoned all the way up and had a posture that was protective of her chest. A friend of ours is Henry Goldfield a master tattoo artist who convinced her to let him turn the scar into a work of art and did a beautiful purple lotus over the open heart surgery scar and the resulting change in her posture and self image was fantastic!

    I love this tat and the whole idea of a positive from what most would view as only negative! :)
