going to fly a little today on the ground cause thats where my trouble is and not so much money chewing up gas up in the sky. in the sky the helicopter just goes where you want.. 4ft- 10ft off the ground its a little more tricky with crosswinds and getting the nose pointed where you want to go.. we can go sideways without the nose pointed that way but we kinda want to drive it like a car so you dont look so stupid to the airplane people..

 

Where I live it is all boat people there is no airplane people or helicopter people although one dude does have a plane with his own runway right here on the island...because we are right beside a big military base and sitting right on top of the USA Canada border there is very strict conditions if you need to fly a over the island or there is going to be a couple of jets chasing you off

 

none those here either.. tho, I grew up behind the airport my instructor is at. its a 20min drive. then there was only a small little shack tower, no hangers. today there are some 100 hangers. mostly planes. there was a jet on the ramp today getting fuel I guess. before the runway was to short for jets. ya can go sightseeing in a Cessna here for about 90$ an hour. I like planes but rather not fly them. you have to make a commitment to go to point b from a.. in the helicopter can just play around above the ground and go wherever you want. if the cost of av gas wasnt so expensive $5.99gl be all kinda a flying .. ya can run some airplanes on regular auto gas.

 

I'll get my cue next week he's just fixing it up.

Anyway! Had a great late morning here I ran into Eystein at the venue, he spoke to me about some naturapathic ways about my tummy digestion issues. I said I kinda wasn't in the mood for that right now and he told me to stop having a closed mind lol. And then he told me "Jocelyn sometimes when we surround ourselves with the daily lives of others we shut off the receptors on our mind that are welcoming". Wow, well didn't that him home... And totally relevant too.

I also met an American!

He was so fucken random ay, I mean different. After a while of getting to know one another I talked about our trip to America etc he asked me to guess what state he was from and I just flat out said California. And he asks how'd I know that and I said well... You ain't no southern boy that's for sure, and I don't pick you to use the slang I here on TV that replicates new York. You're different. California.

Now this dude was probably early to mid 30s, long hair but he kept like a emo part across his face. He wore a bright red shirt, with a mustard tie. Tighter kinda black jeans (eww) you know the ones that hug the ankles more? (double eww). And he was just different. I thought he looked like Jack black from the pirates movies. anyway we chatted a good couple hours.

Yeah he was unlike any American I had met in America. He was street hoodlum fucken California style or some shit. And he wore a baseball cap sideways with a sports logo and I asked him what it was and he didn't know. 

 

Put some of that helicopter gas into your car and it will go faster I remember when we wanted to go racing back in the day we would head up to the small airport and they would sell us aviation fuel

 

Okay... So I like dressing-up in ladies clothes. So what? And, my culinary tastes might seem strange to some people... but I have particular penchant for cucumbers. had to cancel flying because its too hot. there is no ac in the helicopter only a person fan and when the rotors kick in. sitting in the oven glass enclosure for 15 min starting up and youre a puddle of water. was hot yesterday too, but not as bad as is today.
yes helicopters do have ac, but not this one it was made in 1974. so Friday weather permitting..
yeah if youre afraid of your 2009 car breaking down on the road. imagine a 1974 helicopter 2000ft in the air.. Its fine tho. these are the best to learn on because you build trust in what the machine can actually do and what to do when it does go wrong..

Yes it is really hot here to today and humid and of course today was the day I had to cross two different times in this heat

 

I think beer is fucking my head quicker than usual these days. It just sucks all the hydration away from my brain and give me a headache, but a drunkie headache so it's even less fun so once I notice that I just switch to whiskey cause then I can suck on the ice cubes and retain moisture.

I talked to that American guy for a while hey, Eystein left, I think he thought he was an absolute fuckwit and truthfully.. He was lol. But he was so random and different, I enjoyed his company.

You know I don't ever think really a guy in a suit witu money has ever approached me ever with his fancy polished up office shoes. But complete trash, oh that's a different story, It's like they see me coming and think oh sick she'll listen to my bullshit. It's like I just simply attract low life's and complete weirdos. And I love it too.

Ill see what they want actually a decent hr wage. not near what I make railroad .. speaking off we flew over the rail yard Id be working at if i transferred, my instructor pointed out the trains moving on their own down the hump yard..
