so anyways, my buddy on another site . man almost lost his foot to the beetus. his junkie friend caused some drama after. dude had to dump his dogs shelter. but they was gonna kill em. so he crashed the gate with his car and stole his dogs back..

Hmm guts starting to feel heavy. I'm on gutright again so, is my 2nd day. It's disgusting and I hate it but it cleans your guts out.

Basically think of this...

20 years ago if I wanted a nectarine in winter, well you'd just have to tell me to wait until summer right? Right! Cause everyone knew you don't get summer fruit in winter. That's how bodies have adjusted since the beginning of time we have only ever taught our bodies to eat seasonable foods. Sounds fair right? You don't eat summer fruit in winter.

Fast forward 20yrs right. Well now we can have pretty much any food available at any time of the year. But our bodies ain't ever gotten used to this. Our bodies don't understand why we are processing summer fruits during winter. It throws your your whole body off kilter. This means all the bacteria and mould and shit in your guts doesn't actually know what it's doing in there lol. If you can picture that. So all this fruit bacteria, sits in our guts and it's like we'll what am I doing I don't get it. Oh okay. Have a stomach ache.

So what gutright does is its a 10 day challenge and it's basically the most vile, disgusting vege greens powder available. It isn't a probiotic it's metabolic. It goes into your guts and instead of trying to thrive off healthy bacteria, it goes in and just kills shit.

As my tummy feels heavier, this is all those microbes and bacteria and mould and everything that lives in your tummy, just dying.

My tummy is full alive atm. It's making noises and being active. These are all the spurs and gasses of the dying bacteria just releasing their toxins in my guts. In a few days I'll happily pass this right outta my body leaving me clean and fresh with a new gut!

Or so is the plan. It's honestly that disgusting I've only ever lasted 8 days lol. But that was enough.

Anyone with tummy and digestive issues I think you should give this a a try. Yeah it's an expensive supplement for 10 days, but it's really good. It isn't the nicest feeling in the first stages of taking it, but I'll attest it does work. Then you Just take one spoon every couple of days to keep on top of it.

Don't go probiotic, all you're doing is feeding more bacteria into a bacteria problem I you just want to kill all that off.

I wish I could get ABC @rollingalong, so no I didn't watch any specials about college football.

I know that ESPN was at Clemson last week, their 1st game of the season...but the son said Friday that the game yesterday would probably be "the game" of the season.

And YES @Irminsul you know that Clemson won! (y) (that's thumbs up) ESPN probably would have been at that one if they hadn't been scheduled to be at the Clemson - Georgia game just the week before. Usually Georgia is a tough game, but Clemson fairly trounced them last week. .

 

I wasn't sure if they won or not, but I was going for them.

I remember Mel gave me a boo last year for saying they won. Well, that means I have to back them forever. boo me = forever at war hehe. Or I mean you know, I forgot what team she goes for. but fuck them anyway.
