I will ask one of the wind guys but that tower is at least a thousand feet tall because each wind turbine is 220 ft tall

Actually now that you mentioned it absolutely does have two very bright white flashing lights on it but it has a red light that also flashes at the exact same time as a red light on all of the wind turbines so when you're looking across the water from the city you see these 88 tiny red dots on the island all light up at the same time
