its the only building with a garden inside year round.
as well its the only property/major building in the city where the owners and security dont hassle you for sitting on the steps, loitering, waiting on a bus.

Outside where the neo dude is,. its a ice rink in the winter time and a cooling water fountain in the summer. the pattern is never the same.

 

That mug looks like it would be tricky to clean well.

 

It comes out perfectly clean from the dishwasher.

 

cleaning coffee cups??.. thats blasphemy ..
