well in that case...i'm fucked. but i don't think that's exactly accurate. those people are dead. in my opinion, it's kinda selfish to think that they get to just take up space and no one else can even enjoy it. i didn't take the pictures with the intent to disrespect anyone, but if someone did find it disrespectful....oh well.
I was just curious.. I think I really just formed that with my own thoughts since I was really young... taking photos of tombs doesn't seem right.. maybe I have seen it as kind of disrespectful even though I agree that's lame that they're taking up space... I'm sleepy from halloween last night and probably rambling now... I'm a superstitious person and believe in pretty much everything, except for a black cat crossing your path being bad luck... since I was young, I've always seen that as Good luck and apparently in Japan it's good luck....
Getting cold at the lake now. Here's some gorgeous Purple Fountain Grass which they've now removed. It was neat seeing it grow all summer to that size. Now it's all gone. I was hoping they'd leave it for the winter. It looks beautiful covered in snow. Sun peeking through stormy clouds. Tornado clouds. Spooky trees. I took this on Monday. Too bad I didn't have it for Halloween!
I spent a few hours at the lake today. It was pretty nippy, but the sun was shining brightly, I couldn't stay indoors. I love breathing in the cold crisp air and walking among the bright autumn colours. Gotta take advantage of it, soon the trees will be bare. They'd been working on repairing the banks for several weeks and it was a muddy mess but they've cleaned it up and re-sodded the ground. A lot of the area was fenced off as they worked, so it was nice to be able to access it again. banks stabilization autumn foliage
