I turned down an offer this weekend for something i have for sale

the offer was 75% of asking price

asking price was 400% of my cost

I should have accepted it lol...anyway I sent a message back to the guy that I changed my mind and will take his offer...so now i wait to see if he's pissed off....a pissed off person will lower their offer more instead of caving
