I have to help my brother-in-law move tonight to a new house. On Sunday I spent 10 hours helpling him transport a baby grand piano, a pool table (including a 400lb slate slab), a freezer, washer, dryer and 10 full size arcade machines. That was a good weightlifting session.

 

i am waiting for my grand daughter to finish making me a sandwich..it is taking agonizingly long..

 

I'm concerned my grey squirrel Leroy is going to become like this. He eats bird seed all day long.
