None of us really know. But we do know that CO2 makes the atmosphere warmer so less CO2 is obviously better, and alternative fuels are good no matter how you look at it. Its good for the economy and the consumer. Solar power is going to bring electricity to places that don't have an infrastructure like the developed countries a whole lot cheaper and a whole lot faster than building an electric grid. Its going to be a hell of a lot cheaper and convenient for me to charge my iPhone. I just put it in the sunlight and wala its charged. I'll be able to effortlessly get electricity for my smart clothes (future technology, coming soon). It will be like photosynthesis for electronic devices. Or do you want to stick to oil, coal and gas. If you do you probably own stock in an oil company or something you selfish *$@%$.

i think irq42 pretty much said it all. i can't believe that some people still think this way, with all of the ppl on earth now (aprox. 7 bil.) how could anyone not take into consideration the effects that we are having on our environment, not only as a local issue but global as well? all the videos in the world could not convince me otherwise.
