I find it amazing that there are still some people who deny human-caused global warming. Really? Really? Do you ever look at the science?

I think these people should be on my Ignore List. They never have anything to contribute.

Haven't you heard, Sunfighter....scientists are just charlatan no bodies that know nothing.....are nothing and do nothing but create problems?

It is the same ole same ole...some people just do not want to take any responsibility for the state of the world we live in, which is just futile to try to enlighten some people.....I don't know how many arguments and debates I got into with people on my old forum about this.....and realized then......it is no use......and I don't have the energy anymore to try to change this sad world.

But scientists can drop into the existence of the Universe, ad find out there is no God for the "Man" part helping to plan the Conscience for the Vision. The vision is for being with that much Personality, Eh?!

I don't get it. Wasn't it and isn't still taught in school that the scene is either for Man or for Nature, but not for both? OR a social entity joins his won crowd or gets detached in the natural World.

Here's something that may come as a shock to you guys, Walter Russel was a scientist and he elaborated quite thoroughly on how nuclear materials being mined form the earth are in fact linked to climate disruptions, I also find it odd that people assume scientists are infallible and hang on every word they say like gospel, and that they never make mistakes and are never being bought off by corporate or government interests. I actually have looked at the "science" of the global warming promoters and it's sketchy and based on preprogrammed computer models. Pressed Rat is on the money, global warming promotion and carbon taxation reeks of political and corporate motives, not good intentions.

Take no responsibility? I wasn't aware that I am one of the ones doing any of the industrial polluting, or housing nuclear waste products in containers they will eventually leak out from. Modern environmentalism all too often wants to pass the buck along to the common man, while doing absolutely nothing about those who really are pillaging and destroying planet Earth. It's a big, fat, modernist trendy fail. The wildlife and land conservationists of the nineteenth and early twentieth century were far more responsible of environmentalists than most of todays green crowd is.

I like how self righteous "environmentalists" want to take the rest of us to the woodshed over it all, but they themsleves have no solutions, just finger pointing and complaints. Before you dismiss anything Walter Russel had to say about the environment, try looking into what he had to say about it and consider it. Stop rpeeating popular sentiment and be objective, objectivity is afterall supposed to be part of the scientific process.

Actually he was a polymath. He dabbled in many areas - jack of all trades, master of none. And just because he and another scientist collaborated and wrote a book does not make his word over thousands, perhaps millions of contradictory evaluations the correct one. He incorporated not only philosophy, which though complex is not a sure science, and theology into his work. Not exactly reliable. You know, a study was conducted at Yale recently, of CREDIBLE scientific documents. Among the team who did it were skeptics of man made climate change, so there was no bias. You might want to take a look at this pie chart

And even back before this was big news, scientists knew about it

And of course it reeks of political and corporate motives - they take real facts, scare the shit out of people, and sell them stuff to make them feel better. If there's a way to profit from the worst possible situation, there's people out there twisted enough to do it.

Hahaha, yeah, that's all an environmentally concerned person CAN do right now, because of people like you

Walter Russel may have been brilliant, but he isn't god, and he didn't know everything

I'm sure he was among those that would have thought the moon landing astronauts would have had viruses too

Oh wait, I forgot that was a hoax

It is reported that the ozone layer has begun to thicken thanks to a nineteen eighties ban on certain chemicals in refrigerants and aerosols. There is evidence then that what we put into the atmosphere has an effect on what might be imagined as earths imperturbable systems.

Resistance to change. Or even realization of change. One can't make change when there's plenty others who either don't care or flat out deny it... like you. Environmentalists have data, and plenty have plans... though overall organization is lacking because different groups tend to be run out of partial do-gooder attention-whore motivation in the higher ups, but the point is, denial makes for closed ears. Or, even worse, the kind of asshole who goes out of his way to prove he can be wasteful with resources and doesn't give a rat's ass about pollution. I hate those people.

But oh, I forgot, I'm just pointing fingers, so fuck me, right?

Has anyone here forgotten about Climategate? It was but a few years ago when the emails were leaked out, admiting the data tosupport the idea ofglobal warming has been purpously manipulated.

smells like a guilt trip, and a refusal to actually look at dissenting data, which comes from actual scientific sources, not ones government approved and motivated on behalf of trying to put certain industries out of buisness
