Most Dangerous Drug

I still think the barbiturates are the most dangerous. As you all may know, I have a decent supply of Fioricet which is Butalbital (a moderately strong Barbiturate) plus Acet. plus Caffeine. Last night, for the first time in six or seven months, I had two tablets in lieu of my Klonopin. Of course, I also take Suboxone, so inevitably the two mixed with each other.

I could definitely feel my blood pressure, pulse, and breathing rate SIGNIFICANTLY drop. It was rather shocking since I only took two tablets. So I wouldn't allow myself to fall asleep until the Suboxone wore off and I was breathing normal again.

Now, this is probably the most stupid thing I have done in a long time in terms of drugs, so please learn from my mistake. I feel ashamed to even post that I did something so deplorable but I think it is a good learning opportunity.

 

Meth and heroin are disgusting. You will od from heroin or go crazy from meth. Never touching that shit. Sticking with weed and LSD

but i think i voted for meth a long time ago and never commented on this thread, meth can be very dangerous without question...but there are people who use meth pretty much their whole life...20+ years of meth abuse...

Tobacco kills more people than ALL the rest combined. Alcohol comes in at #2. No wonder they're illegal!

 

over time yes. cigarettes do claim more lives than all the other drugs.

but i've never heard of anybody smoking themselves to death in a night...or a week..a month..a year. my point is there are drugs that can kill you in seconds, thats more dangerous in my opinion.

 

I understand, and understand that drugs like heroin, cocaine, and meth are more immediately toxic than tobacco. But still, in terms of body count and the suffering (which can be really intense), tobacco beats 'em all. It's still such a culturally approved drug that people don't really grasp the levels of death and suffering. Slow? Sure - slow, certain, and horrible.

 

Definitely meth. Destroys your brain quickly, leads to mindless nights of psychosis and horror stories. When it's used PROPERLY at low doses though its a relatively safe and useful. When we hear about meth it's demonised and quickly dismissed as a hard brutal drug as people smoke and snort doses that are damaging and addictive. It's a shame as it has enormous therapeutic potential. Much more so than Ritalin for examplez

 

agree that it is mostly user-dependent, not so much drug dependent

going strictly by pure chemical, i'd have to say meth or PCP, because they really can cause psychosis pretty quickly

going by the way it's taken, probably heroin because of disease/lifestyle/tolerance problems/impurity or nicotine because of smoke/health problems, or possibly datura because of the hugely varying alkaloid content flower to flower

overall, by commonality of use and ease of access/cultural acceptance, maybe alcohol?

Making an analogy of Crystal Meth and laboratory meth to Pcp and thc is not even a remotely accurate comparison.

The whole intent with Crystal meth is to make a more potent form, so
really It's more akin to like crack and cocaine. Now keyword there is intent, obviously not all bathtub meth cookss produce a pure or quality product.
