Brilliant, makes perfect sense

 

In situations where performance is critical (like flying a plane) the consiquences are so serious that testing should be done at the level of actual performance.

To put it another way, it is appropriate to test urine without waiting to see if the pilot actualy crashes.

Thanks for the great read.. I saw him on the news a while ago and in the paper a few weeks ago. And reading that makes me like him even more. He brings out every good point, things I didn't even know. He's so good at it. Our government is so stupid. Marc Emery.. is great.
