Looking for a gay 55+ community (or commune)

    Please do not suggest ic.org. The site is completely useless. Anything that comes close to interesting is usually a work in progress that has been that way for 5-10 years.
    I'm looking for something that is up-and-running/tried-and-true. So far I have only seen one place outside Portland, Oregon.
    Oh, I am also looking for something that is affordable and not in a red state.

    Rainbow Vista - Senior Gay Community I have been looking around and this one seems most aligned with the way I might like to live. I think I will try to visit it this coming spring to see if it does indeed seem like a good fit.
