I take ibuprofen almost every day. I know I take it more days than I don't.

When the twinges get to screaming, I take both ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I don't think I'm supposed to do that, but DAGNABBIT when you're hurting and there are those otc pain meds right in front of me, its ridiculously hard to "just say no." ;)

The firecrackers help a lot but they are not something you want to eat when its near bedtime. Well I should say edibles are not something I'm interested in at bedtime because they rev me up. I already have a hard enough time going to sleep. :p

Yeah acetaminophen isn't an NSAID either so it's much better to take some ibuprofen and acetaminophen if you have to than taking like ibuprofen + naproxen (NSAID + NSAID).

Although acetaminophen super bad for your liver. A lot of chronic users have liver problems, a lot of people used to come in to a hospital I used to work at and I would register them for whatever services they were having done and get the insurance, billing and prescription info entered and whatnot. I saw several cases where people would come in for liver function tests after their doctor had discovered they'd been taking acetaminophen over extended periods of time and they'd come back with fucked up liver enzymes and would have to get on scripts for that.

I would buy some N-acetyl Cysteine and take that every day. Shit is SUPER good for you in tons of ways and is a powerful liver protectant as it immediately restores glutathione which is depleted when taking moderate doses of acetaminophen over extended periods of time (leading to liver damage) and is also the antidote for an toxic or fatal overdose of acetaminophen. You can buy it bulk dirt cheap too.

That was one experience I am forever grateful for...

Working at a hospital in that position at a pretty young age. Getting to see the people coming in who are dealing with the consequences of 20, 30, 40 years of bad behavior and how completely fucked up some of these people's health was enough to scare me into putting serious effort into health and wellness.

folding laundry, sorting baby clothes. baby clothes have no standard of size, so frustrating.
i saw part of the sunrise this morning, but i was up until 3-3:30, was up again at not quite 5, was up again before 7, so i just saw the sky lightening and went back to bed.

i really just want to make stuff. but so. much. clothing. ugh.

Well, my body is just completely between seasons I'm ending up with a cold I feel coming along. Today was actually really cold for this time of year, this morning anyway a crisp 5°C in the nations capital. The day is warm, but yeah, I feel like I'm getting sick so that sucks.

We got back yesterday from the GP, happy to see Rosberg beat Hamilton and 2x Germans on the podium. It's odd seeing all the Aussies in their Mercedes and Red Bull gear waving the Deutsch flag around. Felt like a GP at Hockenheim. :D

Uncle sent us a photo of our new rabbits. He's already put them in to our own, got some wire and wired the bottom. We'll have to check their paws when we get home but it's square wire so he said it's not like they're actually standing on it all the time. Only between hops if they land on it and he said they were having the time of their lives so it's not an issue. Dog is apparently digging up the place though and eating grass so he's being sick. No visible signs of anything wrong, he does that sometimes. our carers aren't concerned and looking at it again online, some dogs eat grass and throw up and keep doing it for no real reason. We'll be back soon so if he's still doing it we'll take him to the vet at least. That's about it from my end. :)

Irmi, Jack used to eat grass and throw up on a regular basis from time to time. Does that make sense? Like he didn't do that everyday, but there would be times that he would eat grass to make himself throw up everyday for a week or so. Then he would go a while without doing that

I think all dogs must do that. Cats do it also.

dogs and cats are low to the ground. they breath in much dust and stuff.. like when you guggle a hoocker and spit from deep irritants in your throat and nose. this is sometimes what they are doing it for ,,or upset belly or furballs ..

I'm feeling okay now I just know I'm going to get a cold because my nose is a little dry and my throat is at that stage where any minute it might get sore and I have a headache. Just a product I think of all these plane rides plus like I said the weather has been all over the place. And then, too much partying. :D probably catch a cold in the concert theatre or strip club. =p

He probably eating too many of these weird caterpillars. I noticed them when we first move in they are very strange and seem to be attracted to our grey house color render. I asked a neighbor and they said they show up for a few weeks a year randomly, trying to find a cool and dry place to hide (hence my render I think) and they'll eventually cocoon into moths. Anyway we had lots on the walls when we left, he's probably eating them or something. :D they say he's energetic, same old dog but yeah just throwing up grass. He's an idiot... I'm not worried. :D I'm keen to meet these rabbits though. I've yet to name them but one is very black and the other is a grey one. Mini Rexes. Brothers. Black one is said to be the dominant one of the two. I hope they don't fight like the first pair we had.

I don't know anything about rabbits, and had no idea they would fight with each other!

They kind of creep me out tbh and I have no earthly idea why.

We had a German Shepard years ago and Maggie killed several rabbits. She would see them when we (me or Mama) would be walking with her and SNAP she was gone like a streak of lightning. It didn't take her but about a minute.

edit - hell much less than a minute...3 seconds tops

Rabbits just eat and poop. That's all they do. They're sooo cute though haha you just need to hold one and you'll get the adoring aspect of them. They tend to get quite loyal. Like our one that just passed would literally get bossy if he didn't get his food on time etc. and they stomp the ground. But yeah our first two were brothers and the dominant used to chase and hump the submissive. One day we came home and they must have had a real big fight or bounced around violently and my Greycliffe (the bossy one) he had a broken back. It killed a little bit of me inside. =[ to see him like that. And he was such a stupid animal crawling around eating still. It was heartbreaking to see. I just drowned him real quick and that hurt even more. I don't think I've really ever been the same since that day.
