Yeah pretty much but then covered in bread crumbs and deep fried. Crumbed lamb cutlets.
Pretty much looked like this coming from the club bistro.

I like all meats. lamb cutlets are my favorite lamb because it's so juicy. Mmmm.

i sometimes cut pork loin down into cutlets. i consider a cutlet to be a thin cut of meat, normally breaded and fried. i consider chops to be thicker cuts. and in general i am not a fan of bone-in chops. i always notice the grainy gristlyness of bone-in cuts. blech.

Schnitty is always the best. Yum. I make a good pork Schnitty.

One of my favorite schnitzels is the polish schnitzel. You grind beef, lamb and pork into a mince and then crumb and fry.

Normally when we go out to have a big meal one of us gets the veal schnitzel and the other gets the pork knuckle. We both get the same sides, creamy mash and sauerkraut/red cabbage. Then we just split the meats up. Actually we share most of our food so we always get things we'll both enjoy. >.> though at times this has been a little bit of a nuisance. It's okay with Laura and I, but I hate going out to Chinese and then I order my dish and everyone assumes they can pick from it. Motherfuck! That's my Mongolian Lamb!! You don't see me reaching over the table to try your lame gay ass chicken and noodles!!

 

All my properties seemed to be in order. There was one I wasn't too happy with the state of the garden, but then again, I remember renting and I remember only ever doing what I had to the day before the inspection, so I guess I can't be too upset they seemed to be looking after the others quite well. I'm happy. Wish everybody would leave work and school already.. b0ring.

I locked myself outta my apartment for over an hour. Hadda call property management co and wake the woman up to get in the office and get a copy of my apt. key. She was hella pissed too.

So I got a call from an out of state area code with a computerized voice message saying I am being sued doesn't say why or by who. But call this number back or else "situation will unfold on you". I could not resist. This Indian guys picks up and says he in an officer at the "department of legal affairs". I said "Damn that sounds serious" and he told me to fuck myself. He didn't even try the scam I guess my voice gave it away. I've gotten a few of these scam calls I am on a list.

 

lol the sunsetter awning.. it keeps your patio 20degree cooler. that is thermostatically impossible.
just imagine 80degrees and under the awning 60degrees. heck they should just make them to cover the entire house.. cooling cost would be cut in half.

When I got my phone connected in my first townhouse we always got calls at night from telemarketers. One night I got really bored so I started making retarded noises to them. Simple stuff like Errrr ERRRRRBRGHFHHERRRRRR and this guy says

Miss miss! I think there is something wrong with your head!

ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR (real loud) hang up.

 

I had an awesome time last night out. I went to the old stomping grounds (as Lynn says ) it is old heavy metal venue I used to go to a lot and apart from simple changes it was the same old brick walled place it had always been, still the 4 pool tables though all the walls were now decorated in old guitars and vinyl records. The records kinda annoyed me because I didn't even know what they were, but I wanted them in my collections. And even the crowd was same old. I met some old folks, they weren't even "friends" just we knew each other. And they were excited. OMG, is that.. Is that Jocelyn? Where have you been! And I said I don't live in the country anymore. but I'm here on holidays. And there was also a pool league playing and I got to umpire 2 games of it. I also talked to one of these old friends and he even gave me a new cue too and asks how long have I been using the tip on my cue that came with the cue? I said well I bought it maybe 5-6 years ago... Lol. He said Joc, they're like pretend tips, you're meant to cut them off straight away! They won't hold chalk and are too hard. OMG that's exactly the trouble I have with it! So we are meeting back up tonight and he's going to show me how to re-tip my cue. After the league comp it was about 2315hrs and then I played three games. I won them all too.

Everyone is kinda pressuring me to be a lot more social of FB than I am, but I don't think it's me really lol. I have a fake named profile and I only use it for certain things.

My family though, they can all see a difference in me, a spring in my step, a more confident Jocelyn. That's all to do with pool tbh. It's made me have to get out there and talk to new people, different people, people I wouldn't talk or socialize with. It's been really good for me, my weed intake is now down, I don't smoke if I'm going to play that day/night, I've realized that I'm so socially anxious on weed too, when I am stoned I even just not even stoned but coming off it, I get the shakes. Well the. Shakes aren't good for accuracy so I don't need the weed. Usually at a given time I'll have a shower and toke up, now I'm dismissing the toking all together. Don't need it. FUCK. THAT. SHIT. But then I smoke on my non eventful nights.
