Speaking of Cool Runnings, I saw somewhere the other day some footage, and the movie used real footage like the whole last run. And they never picked it up the sled and walked it to the finish at all.

 

so it makes me think what other bits of heroic bullshit y'all put in movies over the years.

I know "based on a true story" means bugger all these days, I hate how it's portrayed as what it means, a true story, but they rarely are. Very rarely, especially murder movies and serial killer. They never get them right at all.

 

I really think High Def ruined movies .. I need a little blur to my films, to much cgi and 3d . I dont get it .. I tried, Ive a great plasma tv I hardly every use. to much area too. I put the thing on the floor and put a 32in tv back.. but I am about to move lot of things around again soon. or not, Idk what im doing most the time.

 

Snow storm canceled my only class for today... And now it's time to shovel the driveway so my roommate can pull in after work. Fantastic.

 

Braveheart is a perfect example of bad Hi-Def, the make up on their battle faces it shocking in Hi-Def.
And I think all Hi-Def sometimes does is put a bazillion little dots all over the picture.
My eyes don't see in 3D, so I don't have to bother. Actually now that I wear contact lenses that might be correct. Interesting. Very interesting.

I like snow squalls.. sometimes they are pretty strong and scary, but then they go away..

I used to get the posters to work but I have not looked at one of those for a very very long time. Hell maybe 15+ years. I used to have a goosebumps 3D art magazine. Lol. I remember I just had to like make my eyes see double and I'd see it fairly quickly.

 

I don't know if that is racism as much as just black guys don't play hockey. I mean is anyone preventing them from joining the NHL?

I think I might need to see a doctor soon. This tummy bug is just getting to me now I'm running a temperature and I've just been constantly sweating. I've had so much electrolytes though. I woke up before and just felt like being sick so I roll over and just try and sleep again and then I wake up feels like I'm under a hot shower. n.n

 

OMG. I just got asked if I wanted to join a second division pool team. I said that's kinda way outta my league atm, but they're happy for me to come and watch and I said I could show case my skill so you know what you're working with. They said they're looking for reliability over skill.

 

do pool teams wear matching shirts?

I would think wearing shirts would make it very hard to do the 50m freestyle in under a minute.

I'm not too sure what this team is called, but they run out of a metal venue I know all too well. I think it might be the Embalmers. That's pretty wicked awesome.

 

I just got back from the 24/7 doctor, and I have a gastro bug. He says it's depleting my bodies resources. Rest and keep warm. I complained that the moment I keep warm I break into a sweat and wouldn't that deplete my salts even more? So he gives me codeine script to "block" me up.
