I'm Too Damn Old For This.

Yeah I find if I eat a big meal before bed I feel bloated but wake up starving. It was explained to me that your body goes through a lot of work to process that and digest, that you literally just work up an appetite.

The sleeping supplement I've been taking lately, is aimed to increase your body temperature while you sleep, which helps induce sleeping and also burn calories while you sleep.

I'm not certain about the calories, but it really is helping me sleep so much better to the point I don't want to have it regularly because I'm afraid I'll build tolerance to it.

Don't eat heavy sitting stuff or any big amount about an hour before you go to bed. Problem most likely solved
