library at the school is open until 9:30pm on saturday and sunday, but food is only available on campus until 3:00pm on saturday and not at all on sunday... seems like pretty poor planning.

 

Dad woke up in the middle of the night and got up to turn his computer off. He fell and hit his head on a bookcase. He tells me this around 9 this morning. So off to the emergency room from 10 to 2pm. He is OK. Better safe than sorry. So much for my Saturday.

a lot of old switches and relays used pure silver contacts....lots get tossed and people dont even have any idea how much $$$ theyre tossing away

 

true that bbad. I used to take them apart and keep / but that was back when the mills where being torn down. not enough switches around now for me to save..

Anyone able to identify a fiddle tune? (just the (hurried) A part, because of the upload size - and I know, both me and the fiddle are out of tune, I'm probably wildly out of time, etc - didn't even give it a listen, I'm sure it's humiliating)

the format is actually .webm, whatever the hell that is.... i had to make it mov to upload it, figured most video players should figure it out on their own, mine does...

download VLC - it can replace every other video player you have on your computer. I have not come across a file type that it will not play.

 

its cold and snowing, been snowing all day. dont have any butter in the house, so most things i could make are off the list. and i really dont want to cook at all. grocery shopping tomorrow, better make a list.

this one place. they have the best french fries. get a big tray of them for 3dollar. makes nice when I dont want to cook anything extra and just heat some chicken and veggie bags in the microwave.

 

i used to order fries all the time for highschool lunch (the mall was really close),,,DQ fries


had a bunch of cheap friends that would pick at my fries instead of buying their own so i started drowning them in black pepper

i still eat them that way

 

sounds delicious broony, but no cheese, no broccoli. ive got some chicken breast, ill make sandwiches. plenty of leftover soup if people are still hungry.
