Its funny how in this life that people that have Really Gotten On My Nerves wind up being my friend, or a close facsimile of one. Whereas people that I initially get along "fantastic" with, I will see differently...

I say this from my end...in fact, at this point in time, I usually to sometimes wonder who (that I think is a work-friend) will reveal themselves as nobody's friend.

I mean reveal themselves in my eyes...I'm not claiming to know anybody's mind but my own.

I also feel bad, as in I just know I've got bronchitis; but I'm able to make it and plan to go to the doc come Tues, on my day off...or if I feel like puretee crap and I can't breathe I'll go Monday.

Being sick is Very Inconvenient, especially right now around holiday time, Christmas, my son's birthday is Nov 21st, Mama's birthday is Dec 21st, and here we do exchange gifts on Christmas.

I mean, no Big Deal is made of it...but we just do...and I like it like that. :sunny:

 

I love the sleep I get after doing a whole bunch of nitrous and cannabis the night previous.
Holy shit does it ever feel good to sleep out. Sometimes when I'm tired I under-estimate how much sleep-deprivation affects my mind.

 

getting fucked without the pleasure of intercourse. the fucking scubbags(operation safety net) google that. that got my gf the apartment. we havent even settled in there yet. let alone unpack things , they decided without warning or reason to cut off the rent money to the place. funny cause the gf does the program shit always over their hospital getting therapy. which I keep telling her they are crooked. I worked for Mercy when I caught staph. I wont get into the details of that, but it included 2 lawsuits.. I dont have to think, I know they are an evil entity designed in the face of good. fluoride pill pushing psychopaths. with one agenda. make you beg for their help to stay in business. Give false hopes and empty avenues of so called assistance. Their business is about as healthy for you as McDonalds, and should be thought as such. Fast food therapy and pseudopharmacology ..

I could probably go on a nice rant. But here's the deal. She is once again now homeless. When she always had a place here. Just not good enough cause some splinter floors, cracked plaster, paint needed. But instead of doing what needs to be done. (dont think Im going to paint 3500 sq ft by myself do you? get a brush and roller and make yourself a home. If you cant do that.. Asides telling me all the time you want to live in this house forever. Yet do nothing to fortify it. Run off to the make believe witch doctors that blow smoke up your ass. Come back crying when their magic dont work.

Here we go again.. I have to do all this work before fucking WINTER.. dont you just love how they put someone on the street just a few weeks to the onset of winter. Thats funny. Meanwhile I wasnt prepared to do so, when the agreement was for a year /July to July. Gives me a year to work on things by myself since nobody is going to help me. Poof right on my lap. So I give them a call to see what the fucking deal is. Nobody answered all afternoon. Oh have the audacity to call themselves Safety net. More like Hangman noose.. And then the drill instructor in me kicked in after the 40th time voicemail, all the better since they can just get an ear full and not know what case they are suppose to be listening too. Dont really give a fuck at this point. She finally sees what I was saying all along. They are not in the business to keep you safe. They are in the business to stay in business for themselves .. As long as you make them believe or allow them to disable you, you will continue to be disabled. Keep going back for more run around..

If she dont get her shit together here. There is nothing else I can really do for her.

 

my older sister used to cut my hair as far back as when i was 10 years old. when my niece went into the family business she took over for my sister, so pretty much nobody cut my hair from the time i was 10 till the time i was 36 except close family.
so after i moved to delmarva it was a bit of a ride to get a haircut so i had to find someone local.
who would be the first stranger to cut my hair in over 26 years?
well i went to the closest place in town on the friday before easter if i remember correctly...i walk in and there is a line of 7 or 8 black people of all ages sitting in the waiting area with two black barbers.
i paused for a second as everyone turned and stared at me. quietly i said "do you cut white peoples hair here?" the guy closest said yeah...i said i would be back in an hour. ( i wasnt waiting around for all those strangers to get done, they had no magazines no tv and the bar was two buildings over.)
well i later found out there is a place down the street that all the white people go to but this guy did such a good job that i think i will stick with him...
this popped in my head because im due for one, going down there now actually. i would do a before and after but i dont see the recent photo page anymore.
(my mom thought it was the funniest thing ever when i told her i asked "do you cut white peoples hair here"

 

Seems like one of those typical websites that tries to make themselves look great upon googling it.. doesn't surprise me too much that they are in fact fucking people over. Too bad to hear about it though, and I hope they end up getting their shit together and helping you two out!


And Penguisfan, good job on getting a haircut. It's always a nervous moment when you are going to try a new barber - but an amazing one if the barber turns out to be good!
