Someone must have taken my stray dog, the blanket I left him is gone too.

That's good, although I sort of wanted him. I heard someone posted something about him on some local facebook - as long as it's not some retard who took him to be euthanized - we have a kill shelter, and being flighty and untrained, he'd be the first to go.

 

maybe they took him to be pet ..

 

ive never seen that show but the theme is on my favourite album of Hugo Montenegro..he takes songs and themes then adds his personal touch to them

they keep airing color previews of man from uncle but only show black and white versions. i cant get it, I watched it a few times and none the stories make any sense. Get Smart makes more sense, and i never liked that either. Nor do I like Mission Impossible .. Sometimes I like The Saint .. I never really liked this show either but the opener is pretty cool

Well I mean, I hope so - that was my eventual intent.

But if they took him to the animal shelter, as many well-meaning people will (in fact, when I first met him there was another guy talking about animal control, as though it was good for him), he's fucked

 

roommate just made some stuff mushrooms with pepper jack, sausage, and hot peppers... so damn good.

now I'm fucking hungry and need to wake up early..

i just want to eat more..

I went outside about 20 minutes ago to cover my bay leaf tree with trash bags, and suddenly I hear something walking in the leaves right there behind me...I had a trash bag in my hand at the time and had already put one bag over the top, and clothes-pinned one to the bottom. The plan was to clothes-pin another one and that would finish it off. yay, right?

Anyway, back to the noise...I turn and there is this dog. He was about the size of a lab and is probably a lab mix. It shocked me and sort of frightened me, but he/she looked nice and was wagging its tail. I was waving that trash bag at it and going "nice doggie nice doggie nice doggie" and thinking :yikes: as I run up the steps to the back yard, and closed the gate behind me.

I keep wondering about Sam (the outside cat) and am determined NOT to worry about him and this dog. I'm sure the dog had already come up on the back porch and eaten the meat cat food that Mama had put out before I got home. She had it on top of the washing machine (for Sam). I moved it to the floor so I could wash McD uniforms. After I got the clothes out of the washer, about 30 minutes later I looked out on the porch to see if Sam was there and noticed the meat was gone...

Sam really prefers the dry food and just some of it was gone...I think the dog got that meat.

I'll see if he shows up at the shelter.

But I was hoping to get to know him and see if we were compatible on our own terms - I don't like being sold pets like used cars, under threat of euthanasia. I don't know that he has any special personality, or even a good personality - I just know he's pretty.

I don't have the money for another animal, I don't have the space to keep him, and I will not pay to adopt a dog that was stolen, along with my blanket, and then just taken hostage. I won't pay a ransom, and I'll explain why to them...

But I hope none of that applies, and that somebody just took him as I was considering doing. Nothing wrong with that, much better they than I - I'm just complaining out of worry.

 

I hope there is a happy ending for that poor dog. You are a good soul to worry about him. I would, too.....

I can't quit thinking of the poor dog...and wondering where in the hell Sam is. For some reason, when I was looking at the dog and thinking oh myyyyy (and actually feeling my adrenalin kicking in) I also got the sense he is an older dog.

What the hell is wrong with people?!? They don't take care of their animals, abuse them, let them roam. godalmighty Its Very Hard not to get a seriously cynical attitude and just dislike relatively everybody I don't already like on general principle. :bomb:

Sam is supposed to be on his blanket that is on the washing machine! :bobby:

I can relate broony.I do the same thing.I'm sure you and I are quite different,but I generally like your attitude.Anyway I hope everyone has a good day.Me? I'm anxious.The website I get my supply of benzos has changed their bank and I don't know if my order went through.Don't know how to fix it.This is my secret supply of benzos my psychiatrist doesn't know about.He only gives me 30 a month and with my tolerance that isn't enough.I may have to register with a new website.That will be a hassle,but I've found one,and I can probably swing it.
