If you use a fuse that's a tiny bit too small, it will blow slowly, and cook out a bit of the wire so it can't take as much. I know they're not supposed to, but I promise you, mine do. Quite sure I didn't have a short.

Like, I've always used a 10a for my starter, both on a push button and now - dunno why, it lasts about a year, or until I really stay on it for some reason. It's now a 15, because it's harder to reach with how it's run now.

As far as fancy fuses, none of my electrical stuff is here, and it is really nice to be able to look in a fuse box and see a light and know exactly what's wrong, especially at night - beats the hell out of fumbling around and trying to get a contact on the fuse. They're too expensive though, I've actually only bought them once - normally I get the cheapies.

Have a very interesting widow maker out there... Was wondering how I was going to get this tree out of there for months. Not going as planned, but it may work out the way it's falling. It's still hung at the moment.

I've never cut a tree that fell both ways before... :dizzy2:

Other than that I got a bunch of wood down to the yard and tarped it... It's all "ready to burn" stuff, just needs sized, split, and stacked. There's enough inside to last for the rain/snow event tomorrow and Saturday. That cherry wood burns nice... Too bad I can't make stuff with it, it's pretty.

I hate the coffee table. sometimes I want to sit in the living-room and post but it gets annoying leaning up and down.
useless room. ive 13 rooms just like that useless. Maybe i make myself a prisoner in my own house. I just happen to like this shitty bedroom , it has a desk that fits my computer, tv, guitar amp. Ive an amp in another room and another outside but rarely use these rooms or outdoors as much as i used to be.. sometimes I would sit on the porch all night.
I need to move the larger bed back in this room., winter coming so the rest the house wont get seen til spring. girly has a living room in the yellow submarine room .. the other bathroom is fucked from construction dirt jamming valves. so Im not going to invest in another toilet part til thats over. 2016..

IM chaining the living room as you post that Orison. I hear on the coffee tables. its usually just in the way way... but the ones I saw and thinking of. Good work of art.

Every winter i switch the living room over a few feet so the couch and single one next to fire place. In summer i put it back cause of more traffic out sliding glass door.

People like sitting next to fire in winter. It also gives me time to clean the corners of the dust and find quarters while killing spiders to save more money to get what I need.

I had all the cherry wood furniture in the house that burned down... Two coffee tables with the "Queen Anne's" style legs, one with the folding sides. A huge hutch with the glass cabinet on top... Two book shelves on the other side of the room. All really nice stuff.

This new place is all about rustic looking stuff... stone and darkwoods. I just got a slate and red maple (dark stained) coffee table and end table, with wrought iron legs a few weeks ago.

Besides, I don't have furniture making tools and a sawmill...

    Damn my hands hurt tonight.

if i had the tools, id be making all sorts of furniture and other wooden things. i love working with wood. just got my dad's circular saw, but ive never used one before, only a miter circular saw.

i could make a lot of money if i had tools. saw a $60 small table saw at the thrift store, passed on it. dont know if it worked but i kinda regret it.

I used to teach guitar building back in the day... Not "bolting stuff together". Actually building from raw wood.

Suggestions for preschool-age wacky hair day, accomplishable tonight or in the morning?

Both dollar stores sold out of spray dye...

Baby momma dropped it on me at the last minute.... and acted like I should know, since it's on the school whiteboard - after she's been playing political kid pick-up games, so I haven't been there for a week.

i have always wanted to build a harp on my own. there are kits, that are way too expensive for something you have to build yourself. i will probably try to build a dulcimer first.

final paint touches on the boy's costume, and of course i cant find my stash of elastic. i may have to sacrifice a hairtie. will post pics when its all done :)
