The regular stuff works too, as the morning relief can be hard to find. I'll take that, some tylonol or whatever is available, a big o jug of gatoraid and go back to bed for a while
You need to detoxify yourself from the excess alcohol that you've taken. Ways are exercise to perspirate the excess alcohol, or eat something that will make you poop or eat/drink foods hi in antioxidants such as coffee.
I try and hydrate myself as much as possible before drinking with water and then when I'm finished for the night I take 2 x pain killers and some Gatorade or glass of cordial before bed and I generally wake up fine unless I have a bad sleep. Also try taking a vitamin c or even orange juice before sleeping, something about it seems to work. It's not uncommon for me to have a vitamin c shot before bed with the pain killers and Gatorade.
