I see that you got caught in your own omphaloskepsis. But then that was already established from your previous postings in this thread.

In a sentence in your second paragraph above you ask, "Re-incarnation?"

No. And apparently you do not know what reincarnation is. Perhaps you will say that you were just being sarcastic, but nothing you have posted in this thread indicates even a rudimentary handle on the topics herein discussed.

Rather, given an infinite amount of computational resources, recreating the exact quantum state of our present universe is trivial (per the Bekenstein Bound), requiring at most a mere 10^123 bits (the number which Roger Penrose calculated), or at most a mere 2^10^123 bits for every different quantum configuration of the universe logically possible (i.e., the powerset, of which the multiverse in its entirety at this point in universal history is a subset of this powerset). So the Omega Point will be able to resurrect us using merely an infinitesimally small amount of total computational resources: indeed, the multiversal resurrection will occur between 10^-10^10 and 10^-10^123 seconds before the Omega Point is reached, as the computational capacity of the universe at that stage will be great enough that doing so will require only a trivial amount of total computational resources.

Victro: You're way over people's heads here. They're mocking you because of your claim, and most if not all of them don't understand where the claim is coming from. Try to explain a little better. Probably a waste of your time though, people usually only click on threads like these to mock the OP, hell, even I mocked a bit.

The fact that God has been proven to exist according to the known laws of physics does not mean that this leaves no room for faith. Recall that Jesus Christ defined Himself as the truth (see John 14:6). Hence, truth, particularly scientific truth, confirms the existence of God and Yeshua Ha’Mashiach as the Second Person of the Trinity.

The word used in the New Testament for faith is pistis (pÐstij), which means persuasion, as in persuaded by the evidence. It further carries the meaning of a ground of belief, a guarantee, an assurance. Faith in the Christian sense is trust in the truth, even when things seem hopeless. It does not mean a lack of rationality in coming to belief in Jesus Christ. Indeed, Paul appealed to reason when he wrote in Romans 1:19,20 that an understanding of the natural world leads to knowledge of God (New King James Version):

    ""
because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, . . .
    ""

After all, some form of reason must be used in order for a person to convert in belief from one religion to another; or from any belief to another belief, for that matter. It can either be veridical reason, or false reason--but some process of reasoning must be involved.

Having faith in God is having trust in the truth, since the Godhead in all Its fullness is the highest obtainment of truth: said state is the infinite perfection of all knowledge. As Paul wrote, “If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31, King James Version.)

Sorry, if all you are going to do is a piss-poor copy and paste job for your lack of proper debating skills in an argument where you obviously lack knowledge, inform me why I should even continue posting in this thread.

Cutting and pasting post #17 and reposting it doesn't help your argument.

And quoting the Bible- a work of Man- cannot assist in the "proof" of God. If you've proved his existence, have him call me, and I'll STFU.

This attitude and your use of this type of "logic", is sufficient to dismiss anything that you have said as not worth a fraction of a fuck.

As for this tipler fellow, if he is indeed not you (which I doubt, you seem to have a vested interest in us believing you, and believing him, and believing you to not be him), it's possible that he's got something interesting, I'm sure.... and it's entirely impossible that it proves anything like the abrahamic god, or any god that has emotions, or feelings, or cares about us at all.

Yeah that's one thing in this whole thread we can all bank our money on. Even if somehow it did prove God existed, it cannot prove this gods character other than it is a thing responsible for the created universe.

Yes, I already know that I am a true freak of nature. I see my fellow apes, up on the zenith of the dirt-heap I stand, surveying my surroundings in all directions. As I inspect my fellow apes from my lofty height, I realize that I possess faculties which they do not. I could use those faculties to rule them, but instead of choosing to put a boot on their grubby heads I instead choose to stretch a hand down in order to lift them up equal to me, and even higher than me. But my fellow apes proceed to act the only way they know how upon being presented something unfamiliar and seemingly radical: they gather up their own excrement and hurl it at the ape that attempted to teach them a new trick--that presented a new step in their evolution.

Such has often been the way with the apes called mankind. It's the reason why the masses are so easy to rule. There are some apes a bit higher than the rest, and they play the rest like a fiddle. Though not higher in any moral sense, as indeed they intend nothing nice for the masses.

This just proves to me you don't understand what you posted but instead chose to self-aggrandize.

How is that superiority complex working for you in regards to convincing me that you know anything about which you have posted in this thread?

Go back and read what I wrote. I agreed with you. If I wanted to aggrandize myself I wouldn't be wasting time on this forum attempting to tell people the truth while being hated for doing so, instead I'd be ruling over them. I'm not stepping on anyone's head attempting to lift myself up. Rather, I'm stretching a hand down in order to lift others up to my level and even higher.

And how is anything you believe or don't believe going to affect me?

We're all going to die. But not all of us are going to live. I'm just trying to save souls (i.e., the computer program of a person's mind).

I'm doing what I'm doing out of the plain goodness of my heart. It's no skin off of my nose if you choose destruction. Your choice purely affects you and no one else. Again, we're all going to die.

Seems to me you are either a troll or you really have a lot to learn about life.

    Omega point != god

    /thread

These theories follow Newtonian physics, they do not take into account the accelerating expansion of the universe or quantum phenomena.

So the definition in the first place is incorrect and the science is outdated.

Science proving the existence of god would take the discovery of god out of the heart and into the logical mind... surely that would defeat the purpose? :p

This comment by you is itself trolling, since you're not attempting to add to the discussion but to rather simply dismiss someone who presents veridical information which you would rather not hear.

I present vital and veridical information, so I can hardly be a troll. Rather, you are simply trying to dismiss someone who is presenting essential knowledge that you would rather not hear.

Regarding having a lot to learn: I choose the path of helping my fellow man rather than dominating him. I know that to many people in this world such a choice makes me hopelessly naïve, in that I shouldn't be concerned about the common masses but instead join the establishment in order to live off of the commonality. Howbeit, it is they who are unsophisticated, since upon death we will all have to give an account of our lives. Again, we're all going to die.
