Finally warm enough to..

Today I finally saw another person beside me walking around barefoot. She said hi I said hi back and she said it’s a great day to walk around barefoot and I said yes it is . She went her way I went my way. It’s awesome to see another person barefoot I hope more people go barefoot this year !!

 

Funny you mention that. My sister and gf were visiting for a week. I took them and my mom to a local park for lunch and a walk. We got done at the restaraunt, started walking the paved trail and my mom saw a barefoot woman in the distance pushing a stroller. She said wow how can she do that, my feet would be killing me. I told her its actually quite easy and feels amazing (I didn't admit I have been going barefoot to places). We then drove to the other end of the park and started our walk. We walked the entire trail in about an hour. On the way back, that lady was in the grass part of the park with her kids. My mom again, oh hey there's barefoot lady again. In my head I was like ugh the envy. I was tempted to go barefoot at the start of our walk just to prove how easy and good it feels but chickened out lol. I didn't want to draw attention to myself. Someday.. Lol

 

Wow I understand you don’t want to draw attention to your self. But I know I would have to go barefoot because it’s my lifestyle and I really don’t wear shoes ever and my family knows that I’m a full time barefooter and yes some don’t understand but they know that’s just me a full time barefooter and it’s a big part of my lifestyle.

 

Next time just say let me show you and just take your shoes off and start walking barefoot. Mustering up courage is accomplished one step, one opportunity at a time to demonstrate our belief. What’s the worst that could have happened? Maybe a laugh or two? But then you have the perfect opportunity to explain the benefits of going barefoot. You may win them over or not but you will be stronger more confident.

yea, I could give two shits about winning people over. It is a me thing. Idc what other people do with themselves. I am just not at the stage of people close to me knowing i prefer/will go barefoot yet. I'll get there in due time.

 

Today it’s a little bit warm and I had to run to Walmart real quick and I went in there barefoot like usual I got some weird looks but it felt so good the cold floor and the parking lot felt so good . It’s been a great barefoot day
