That's right---I would imagine that if we tried to pass outside of the zero-point energy field (I think I already mentioned this) that all that we are--in terms of mass and energy, along with whatever we are using to try to penetrate it, would simply disintegrated into light at the border itself which would dissipate back into the zero-light energy field.
a rainbow around the sun may exist , over a 70degree arc of the sky in diameter , and having seen it 3 times in this world that's what i may believe is of form and motion a perfect circle that can appear in the night , of a mind-scape , drawn with the light of light . i must hold it un- measurably though , and it arrives alone , and not by my will , and then in parting it's o' a grand expansion unto the beyond .
Wow, man! Like, I saw the void, man. I don't know if this is urban myth or not, or if this story is still told in universities with philosophy departments. Or even if it was told in all universities---I think I heard it in at least two schools I went to---the more elaborate version went as follows: A student was convinced he was going to fail his philosophy final. He tried to study it but he couldn't wrap his mind around it and finally said screw it. He showed up in the lecture hall for the final with a bottle of champagne and a tuxedo. When the exam started, he opened the bottle of champagne, opened the test booklet---wrote in his name, and put the title, Philosophy Final Exam. He then proceeded to finish the bottle of champagne, closed his blank exam booklet, and turned it in. He got an A+, on the exam, and the class.
Whether of not the story is an urban myth it has myth like properties in instructing as to essential nature.
