Cool, but you said the church is undergoing a reform? So does that mean theres no more communes? Or like gatherings/festivals. I don't do drugs, as I wish to join the air force, but think it'd be really cool to ya know like do a drum circle or a poetry jam, dance around a bonfire that kinda stuff

Also a thought just occured to me guys. I believe in alternate universes/dimensions. I believe some are just like ours, but our personalities are polar opposites. So that means in another universe, there is not only a me that doesn't believe in alternative universes, but this same dude is probably a total dick

    Good Morning People,

I do hope everyone is well and happy. I am both. Chloe is beautiful she and mother are doing well. Adjusting to the new addition.

Speaking of new additions, welcome Hillbilly, to our Merry Band Of Misfits.

We came together in The Haight at the Dawning Of Aquarius. We came from all walks of life with our dreams of a better way than the uniformed society that was engulfing mankind.

We came as answered prayers for change. A more natural form of inhabiting our Earth with less strict standards and more freedom of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our message is one of Love, as Love is the strongest emotion there is.

Love is what guides us. Love is what motivates us to do good and walk in the light. If we stay in the light then darkness can not penetrate the shield Love provides.

When we started our 'commune' it was out of desperation. The streets had turned mean, the light was dwindling. Darkness was clamming a street called Love. So many enlightened soul were 'coming home', finding their way to the lighthouse where they were welcomed and accepted as a brother or a sister.

It was " Love's Last Stand" quoted from David Talbot Book, Season Of The Witch. We stood our ground and fought the Darkness, the destructive element in human nature.

WE fed, clothed and housed the light barer's. We provided counsel and encouragement. to all that knocked on our collective door. We all contributed what we had to sustain our way of life. Everyone pitched in. Everyone took turns with the chores.

We did not have to give up our souls, we kept our personal belongings, we had our own personal space. It was not a prison, we came and went as we pleased. We followed our own spiritual connection with which ever philosophy we chose.

If there was an issue, we'd bring it to a consensus and there would be a 'Family Meeting' about it and we'd find a solution to the misunderstanding. Of course we had inner conflicts what family doesn't, esp a family of 400 or so, all living in very close together, in the same 9 or 10 blocks.

We had/have many houses. All full of individuals that were called to band together to be the change we wanted to see in others. Living in a Village we created with in a vast motropilous of the concrete jungle in the melting pot of society's culture.

We challenged the mainstream's current that lead to bondage of the Spirit. We counter-cultured their attempt to enslave our minds as well as our bodies. We stepped away from their so called opportunities they dangled like a carrot in front of the nose of a jackass.

We built an empire of the second kind. One of Harmony and purpose. Our fight was against injustice, our fight was one for all people to live free as brothers and sisters.

We still believe that, we still live it in our hearts. We are open to all people that are Loving creatures. We try to spread good vibes and promote happiness. We have our good days and our bad days. We share them here as we would if we were all sitting in the living room together.

There are times when we rant and rave. There are times when we disagree. It's ok to disagree. We all walk our own paths, we all have our experiences. But in all the ups and downs we go through, we are here for each other in the good times and the bad times.

We know we are not alone, that there are still many of us left and more coming in. We know that we can count on each other when the chips are down and the darkest hour is upon you. Here we find Love and Light, we give and take from the pool and refill it in kind with the love and light we have received to share and replenish others.

As we as human beings must keep ourselves in balance, guarding that the negative does not take more space than the positive and darken our Spirits. If we stand in the light with honor, we shall prevail.

    Bright Blessings to us all

Nice try Alice but no wooden cigar indian for you. Yet another failed attempt to unseat me.

You think the northern or eastern states want ILLEGAL Immigrants taking their jobs either??

Wonders if Alice lives in a box.

Wonders why Ranger perpetuates racism against me, as I am the only one living in "the south" in this forum and I take it the only one who is hip to the jive, or bullshit as it were.

I am sure Ranger does not realize that Alice is trying to use him to do harm to me, by asking him to post her little arrow at me.

Pity she can't see how lame she is being.

Alice has not moved on n still wants to play some race game with me, but I ain't playing.

I just wonder how long I am suppose to eat her shit before I call a family meeting.

Why can't she just act like a decent human being instead of some catty !@%$^ with her claws out.

Why can't she shoot her own arrows instead of getting someone un involved to do it for them, unknowingly.

I do not blame you at all Ranger. I know you would never to anything to bring me harm. It ain't nuttin' but a thing, and we all know that all things pass.

Hello Mouseman, great to see you.

Sorry you have to witness such out bursts, but I am only willing to take so much before I speak my mind. I suppose I should call a Family Meeting as it seems to be continuing.

I do believe it can be worked out and put to bed with a little insight.

I know that ship on sight and I've stood on the auction block in Charleston SC. I'm also aware that at the time of the Trail of Tears the Cherokee nation recognized three chiefs, one red, one white, one black, and all Cherokee! Sister you and I have cousins blacker than Sister Alice even if yours are by marriage and it's my guess Alice has kin among the same tribes we do. At this point we are all 'blended children' by marriage if not by blood.

My main point my sisters is regardless of the past we are family!

btw; Black Gypsy's great grandfather was a black slave merchant in New O'leans

well, it just kinda sticks me funny, that she would want that posted, if not to keep stirring the shit pot for no other reason then to provoke me.. I am never really in the mood for mind games.

I would love to see some sisterly love coming in and I have tried to not bring it up. But I'm not putting my ass on the firing line for anyone who is just trying to fuck with me.

You tell me why she would want that posted if not to provoke. I am open. I am willing to listen to a logical, convincing explanation.

I have found that people are more willing to accept matters of disagreements if the disagreement is not aimed at them.

I don't have to apologize for being a white southerner. I didn't have any slaves nor was anyone we know ever been a slave. It's stupid to even discuss it or make an issue out of it.

The race card has never been called in this forum before in all these yrs, so why does it keep popping up now???? It ain't me bringing it up.

Ironically I went to the underground railroad museum in Cincinnati just last week. The guide was black, and reminded me of morgan freeman in his mannerisms. The group I was with our group leaders are very liberal and at the mention of guns I thought I'd get yelled at by them, he stuck up for me and said that he owns 12 guns, he just laughed and said" i love you boy" He also told the kids in our group white and black, about a blackman in a painting.
The man in the painting was a african chief who sold his own people to white men
Everyone in my group stared and said " so (my name) isn't crazy / a little racist"
My family is part cherokee whether they let us join due to a blood quantum or not which in and of itself is racist, we have an ancestor meeting their census, and DNA tests prove we have cherokee blood, we don't "have enough"
My family were of multiple european backgrounds until they settled in ireland, then moved to america, and were slaves (indentured servants) the man made a joke
"while you would have been free (my name) would still have been picking cotton, because he was considered in debt"
