    Sat July 6th 2:24 a.m. 5:24 a.m. New York time.

Hi kids, it's me. I feel like George Zimmerman shot me in the navel. Ouch. They don't want me lifting anything over 10 pounds for a couple of months.

I'm good. Just weak from not enough food. I still don't feel like eating much. I'm exhausted and malnourished. Little sleep for 5 days and little food. Now on solid food. Just catching up with myself. They want me up and walking a lot.

I've Been too wasted to talk or type. But I'll be back soon.

Stay Happy. Love to ALL. Miss you.

    Ohh Kenny

So, So good that you are home and able to type. Now you best not be picking stuff up and try not to sneeze, that couldn't be good.

I know that we are all relieved that you are on the mend and home with Mary Jo. You'd better mind her or we'll have words :) If I were you Kennykins I would start eating more healthier foods. More GREEN Stuff.. Drink Aloe Vera Juice, it's super good for your insides and will sooth your intestines and colon ( if you have any left )

We've all been praying for you. We love you Kenny. :grouphug:

    Good Morning,

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Mine was busy busy busy. Between my kitchen and grand daughter ( 9 months pregnant) I have had little time for anything else. Thursday and Friday me and my buddy Sherry hit it hard and heavy caning salsa. We put up 13 gallons of salsa, that includes picking the tomatoes, peppers etc. We put in about 18 hours in those two days. Sat we had more help Angel my niece came to help and another friend of ours Kristina drop by and stayed to help so we really went after it. We pumped out 3 gallons of sweet relish, 3 gallons of spag sauce and baked 15 loaves of zucchini bread, which came out in perfect loaves.

Yesteday ( Sunday) I thought I was going to have some time to rest up, but my grand daughter had plans for me..lol.. We went and got the baby a toddler wading pool, well two actually, one for here and one for his house.. We got splash toys and a little beach chair and set up the smaller one here. It was fun, it made Caden so happy. He loved it. Pawpaw Lynn even came out to be part of all the happiness and love being generated by shear delight. What a great day. Laughing babies are the beat medicine.

Today, well, I should be up and cleaning. I'm not positive about that tho' as I am dragging my ass around, and I don't mean the one in the pasture, altho' it does feel that heavy.

I am truly blessed and could not wish for better, as there is nothing better than Divine Love.

    Bright Blessings

    Mary

Sitting at my desk, dripping sweat even with the fan blowing on me. The humidity is so high it's like trying to breath underwater. It's already 84 and it's only 8:00 in the morning. WoW I must live in Texas :)

I appreciate the seasons. It brings diversity and breaks up the year in quarters to make them seem to pass quicker. We are almost midway in Summer now and the hottest part is coming on us in the next few weeks.

We lost most of the back garden. With the tractor down and a very wet April, May and early part of June, the weeds flourished and took over the garden. It was too wet to get the tiller to run right and with no tractor there was no way to keep the weeds at bay and the plants were chocked out.

The side garden did well, Lynn was able to till it bc it was sandier than yhe back one.

I have finished my Salsa, two gallons yesterday set me up to around 30 gallons, give or take a pint or two. I have made more salsa this yr that I ever have.

We have had squash coming out of our ears and the Purple Hull Peas are making and have put up maybe 5 or so gallons. I froze this batch bc I was to tired to boil them put them in jars and pressure cook them for 45 mins. a batch. that's an all day process.

I have a quart caner that holds 7 quarts and a small one that holds 4 pints, which yields almost 2 gallons combined. When the peas start coming off, it's an all day and sometimes into the night process, mostly standing, in front of huge steaming pots.

It's back breaking work, but all in all, it is the best feeling when it's all said and done. You look at all the jars lined up in their places. The bright colors of the vegetables shining happily in their 'houses'.

I am in awe of the magnificent's of Creation and how it sustains us with it's bounty. We are Blessed to have what we do and are thankful to have anything at all.

It's Beauty and Flavor that non can match. The fortitude and determination to achieve it's purpose is inspiring as each plant struggle and overcomes every obstacle in its path, not even concrete can stop them.

I see that same thing in us. It is amazing what we have endured and over came. We are like the weeds that grow strong and powerful. We grew strong and sturdy. Why do I refer to us as weeds. Well, bc we were not wanted in the garden of regulairty. We did not fit into the mainstream of thinking.

We were to be plucked from society and discarded. As they plucked and disgarded us, they threw us in a pile. We took root and flourished, we grew into a great nation of weeds plucked by society.

As we grew, we blossomed into beautiful flowers as each of us held the beauty of Creation within us. The pluckers did not know the truth about us, the so called undesirable ones. They did not know we were the medicine to mankind. They did not know of our source, our kind.

They saw us as different and we did not fit into their regulated garden and they could not accept us or find a place that would suit our difference. They discarded us without care.

They never took notice of the pile of weeds in the corner, until one day they looked beyond their fancy array of common, the saw a garden of beautiful flowers of all different colors and sizes, all unique, living in harmony with all other things around them.

    Loving You All.

That's a great weed story, Mary. Thanks. I want to use it in the Museum project. Okay?

Hi Roamy. How's the weather up there in the Arctic circle. LOL. Tomorrow maybe the first predicted rain storm of our July - August Monsoon season, here. Generally deluge with a Capitol D !!!! Torrential !!!! / Hi of 101 and an overnight low of 83. LOL

I felt good today. I called a ton of folks. I owe everybody a call.
The Oregon Country Fair starts Fri, then Sat and Sun.
I called Taurus Debby at her tie-die booth within the fair. Placed an order to be shipped here. And we talked awhile. Called Sag Darel who is across the way at Mouseman's campground. About a mile away. Had a great talk with Darel. A Long tip to get up there. He said he said that Chris Wah was there with his friend Terry Lane. Zev is there. He made it. Darel is there with Linda, although I forgot to ask with Linda. Tomorrow Cherl will be there with Chuck M.F. And Darel mentioned several others showing up, too. I wish we could all be there, together.

Talked a couple of times with Ranger and Rita. They're Okay. Rita says that they haven't heard from Sag Nasty at all. No news.

Mary, I owe you a call or 8. If I'm ever awake when you are.
One of these days we should call Ireland.
Maybe I could do a three party call calling Mary first and then calling there. We have three way calling. We would need to figure out the times in advance. Just a thought.

Love to All and thanks for the prayers and wishes.
    Kenny
