So, here's an example of our fully financed 20 Wall Street guys ranch land!
    Just east of Flagstaff.

    2,200 acres $8 million.
Remember that the plan is 20 guys at $500,000 each. That leaves $2 mill for Cattle, well, trailers, and hands.

    Will that work out?

I'm back from pickin' peppers.. we watered the tom and pep patch with our pond water and it got a little difficult to manuver in the mud up to my ankles, so I got what I could and will go back for the rest tomorrow. I got plenty for my salsa tho.. Happy Happy Happy.

I love to eat cherry toms right off the vine. Not too good for canning, takes to long to peel and hard on the fingers, but they are mighty tasty just to pop in your mouth.. YUM
